It can be useful to learn more about coaching and how a coach can help you, before you decide to ask a coach for help. In general it can be useful to learn more about oneself and the psychological mechanisms we all have.

I try to write articles which are useful to you. Either as theory and information, or as self-help. Some of the articles contain examples from my own  life and journey, which I hope you can  use to put things into  perspective.

With an education as an ID-coach, we learn not only the theories and methods, but go through  the processes ourselves. This means that we feel on our own bodies how it is to be coached. It also includes looking yourself into the eyes, be brutally honest with oneself, find the courage to change what needs healing, learn about our needs, accept our shadows, and try to integrate it all into something which serves us well.

As an ID-coach we’re continuously being supervised, and we continue to grow and learn new things.
